Well hello there! Welcome to our blog.

If you’re not familiar with MyWorkNinja, we are a service that helps you gain self­ understanding. We’re a vehicle to explore causes of anxiety, and a method to harness your stress. We do that by connecting you with one of our Ninjas ­ trained professionals who develop methods and strategies to help you manage your stress, and recognize your stress triggers. Stress will never go away, but there are ways to control it. Our Ninja’s goal is to teach you techniques and give you tools to be the best employee, boss, friend and partner that you can be.

But we want to be more than a service for you. We also want to be a resource. Which is why we’re happy to have you here now.

As you become more familiar with MyWorkNinja and our services, we want to give you the most up ­to ­date information on all things stress. Here, we’ll present you the latest data, the most common forms of stress, our favorite videos, articles and podcasts, and information on how we can help you. You name it, and you’ll be able to find it on the MyWorkNinja blog.
