How it works
Your application will be reviewed by our team and will include interviews with our team members and calls with coaching client references.
We look for coaches having :

Accreditation with the ICF at the ACC level or higher

250+ hours of individual paid coaching experience

10+ years working in operational roles in industry at the managerial level

Excellent communication skills

High comfort with technology and digital communication

Ability to be responsive to clients
